We are currently treating wet macular degeneration with the new anti-VEGF (anti-vascular endothelial growth factor) drugs, Macugen and Avastin.

These drugs are injected into the eye to reduce blood vessel leakage and growth reducing the loss of vision associated with wet macular degeneration.
